During the purchasing process of my golf cart, these guys were great, but I had my first service issue. To be honest, half of the problem was probably me. In any case, custom carts came out, picked up my golf cart serviced it and brought it back to me. The service was impeccable, they were timely, professional, kind, and courteous. I could not have imagine that the service would be so wonderful. I highly recommend this company during and after the purchase of your golf cart from them.
